About Me

    I have had an interest in holistic health and well-being for as long as I can remember.  After exploring a couple professional careers unrelated to health and wellness, for so many reasons, I decided to make an exit from the corporate world and build a niche where I could help others improve their lives.  I finally found my calling when I became a Certified Health Coach in 2022 and a Functional Therapeutic Diets Specialist in 2023.

 

    My motivation for helping others reach their decision to make healthy lifestyle choices comes from the rewards of seeing others improve their quality of life. I have watched and worked with loved ones who struggle with chronic conditions including heart disease, diabetes, weight management, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's.  Although these conditions may not ever be "cured", I have seen first-hand what a few simple lifestyle changes can do to alleviate some of the suffering that goes along with these conditions.

 

    We live in a time where chronic diseases are all too prevalent.  Unfortunately, the information to prevent or reduce the odds of becoming a statistic to these conditions is just not prioritized.  I believe whole-heartedly that an individual's environment in which they live, learn, work, worship, age and play shape the conditions of daily life and affect a wide range of health risks and outcomes. Some of these are modifiable and some are not. I want to help others navigate through the things that they do have control over. 

    I provide a comprehensive set of services to help boost your confidence and offer support as you navigate your health and wellness challenges. I work with clients closely in order to achieve measurable results. Please get in touch!
