Hello! My name is Amanda.
I am a certified health coach and functional therapeutic diets specialist with a focus on longevity and optimizing quality of life from mid-life on.
I help people set up simple, sustainable systems that support new habits and long-term behavior change. I work holistically, with the whole person, because I believe that health isn’t just physical. Emotional, physical, and personal values are just at important.
My role is to empower my clients to develop self-efficacy, not prescribe a quick fix. I guide my clients to develop new skills and tools, which increases their confidence to make informed choices and take consistent action.
I am passionate about supporting people so they can actively participate in managing their own health. I people to make informed decisions about their well-being and take control of their lifestyle choices. I want to live in a world where health is prioritized, chronic disease rates are down, and there is a passion to age well by making intentional choices that create positivity and happiness.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, researching & writing, reading, cooking, and trying my best to stay active.
