The unique aspect of my coaching style is to guide my clients into creating new systems, not just goals, to incorporate newly acquired knowledge. If you work with me, you will not simply "plan" for progress. You will make measurable and sustainable progress.

How I'm Different
I am not a dietician or a medical provider.
I have time to work with my clients through a detailed program that is client-led and structured to their personal situation. I will listen to you, and I will always be an advocate of getting you to live your best life, whatever that looks like to you.

What is a Functional Therapeutic Diet?
These are not "just another diet" like the ones you may have tried in the past.
A functional therapeutic diet is generally not tied to a particular diagnosis. It is designed to address specific symptoms or clusters of symptoms. They are a way to use food as medicine and to heal or alleviate certain issues. They tend to be client-driven rather than healthcare provider-prescribed. They are often more common in the popular media and may have less scientific backing, although most are evidence-based and well-researched.
Functional therapeutic diets are limited in duration, emphasize consumption of nutrient-dense whole foods, eliminate possible trigger foods and compounds, and encourage consumption of deficient nutrients. Some functional nutritional approaches will focus on macronutrient distribution, others will use elimination lists, and many will have accompanying lifestyle or exercise recommendations.
