Health Coaching (4 sessions monthly)
Service Description
Coaching includes one session per week and direct texts/emails/calls. We will spend time discussing what you want out of coaching and creating a system for you to implement for daily accountability. We will make small, sustainable changes that will lead you into achieving your goals through habit change. We will work towards putting you back in control of your own health through food choices, learning new elements of nutritional & metabolic science, and proper movement. Please contact me for specifics. Each client is different and I do not offer "one size fits all" programs. I also recommend budgeting for a minimum of 3 months of coaching. It takes time to learn, implement new behaviors, and shift towards new habit changes.
