I specialize in making significant lifestyle changes to improve metabolic health in order to prevent, manage, and in some cases, reverse chronic disease. My focus is on blood sugar control, energy levels, and body composition through personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and behavioral changes. ​

 

Metabolic health coaching is a guided, supportive process designed to help you feel better in your body.  Small steps can lead to massive changes.  You can have the energy you may be lacking, the body composition that you miss or have always wanted, a good night of sleep more often than not, and a feeling of being strong and calm throughout the day. Less anxiety, more confidence, and the feeling that you finally have a system that works for you instead of constantly searching for an answer even though you are doing everything "right".

It is possible to understand the changes your body is going through and provide it with what it needs, instead of making decisions that work against it. You can build habits that support your metabolic health now and for the future.

This doesn't even take into account the unbelievable confusion and misinformation that women 40+ deal with on a regular basis regarding perimenopause, menopause, metabolic & hormonal health issues.

Bloodwork is important because it gives you a baseline to start from.

 

I am a certified provider for labwork through Fullscript.  I am not authorized to interpret lab results for clients; however, I can order labs needed for coaching if a client is interested. It is within my scope of practice to help clients with terminology in their lab reports, help with lifestyle changes to support better results, identify potential concerning markers and refer clients to a licensed doctor, and guide clients to take action based on their lab results.

I am able to order supplements with wholesale pricing for clients who are interested. The supplements are dispensed directly to clients. Bulk purchasing is available with free shipping on orders over $250.
